FAQ

On this page you will find answers to some of the most common questions. But why not ask us the questions that matter most to you? Your product and your project are like no other — contact us so that we can address your specific concerns and help you get started on your next successful promotion.

Ask Us!

“How do you quote projects?”

Projects are quoted per project based on our fee schedule. Our clients prefer this method because this lets them know exactly what the cost is going to be and it allows us to devote as much time as is necessary to insure that we deliver the best copy possible. Once we have the necessary information regarding the type and scope of your project, we will provide you with a written proposal detailing the charges, usually within 24 hours.

“What do you need from me to get started on my project?”

Besides the signed fee agreement and deposit, we will need as much information regarding your product or service as possible — including your target audience, past promotions, brochures, catalogs, etc. We will be forwarding you a set of questions that will help you know what to include and then following up by phone to make sure that we have what we need to make your project as successful as possible.

“How long will it take you to complete my project?”

It depends on the type and size of project, but we prefer to have 2-3 weeks for the typical project. We realize that there are times when your schedule doesn’t allow for you to wait that long, and if we can accommodate a rush order, then we will certainly be open to discussing it.

At Copy Rules, we take deadlines very seriously. Our guarantee to you is that you will have the copy per the agreed deadline — and our goal is that we will have it to you sooner.

“How do you handle revisions?”

Two sets of revisions are included in your quoted project fee. These revisions, however, are only valid for 30 days following receipt of your copy. Changes in direction, scope or format are not considered revisions and will require renegotiation of fee.  We do understand that sometimes circumstances arise that are beyond your control and, in such cases, the 30 day time limit may be extended.

Bottom line here, our primary focus is to make sure that you are more than satisfied with your copy and we will do everything in our power to make that happen.
